We are proud to offer our sleek, space‑saving kitchen tools both domestically and internationally. We currently ship to addresses within Mexico and to a selected list of international countries. Shipping availability and rates for your specific location will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions. 3. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center in Guadalajara, Jalisco, within 1‑3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Mexican public holidays) after payment authorization is confirmed. This time is required for order verification, quality control checks, and careful packaging to ensure our products, which are designed to “blend style with utility,” arrive in perfect condition.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods, Timelines & Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated in real‑time at checkout based on the selected service, package dimensions/weight, and the destination delivery address. The following are our primary shipping options:
- National Standard Shipping (México):
- Estimated Delivery: 5‑10 business days after processing.
- Carrier: Typically delivered via Correos de México or a partnered national carrier. A tracking number may be provided.
- National Express Shipping (México):
- Estimated Delivery: 2‑5 business days after processing.
- Carrier: Expedited service via carriers such as Estafeta, DHL México, or FedEx. Includes full tracking and often requires a signature.
- International Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 10‑20 business days after processing (varies significantly by destination).
- Details: Economical international service. Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination country customs processing.
- International Express Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 3‑7 business days after processing (varies by destination).
- Details: Premium international service with full tracking and signature confirmation. Ideal for time‑sensitive orders.
Please Note: All delivery timelines are estimates and commence after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, carrier logistics, or incorrect addressing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available) and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24‑48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Address & Delivery Instructions
- Accuracy is Critical: You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout. Please double‑check all details, including street number, apartment/suite, colony/neighborhood, city, state, and postal code (C.P.).
- Address Corrections: Contact our customer service team immediately at cultural@maqinoxshop.com if you need to correct an address. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (recipient not available, incorrect address, etc.), the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Packages that are unclaimed or undeliverable will be returned to us. In such cases, any costs for reshipment or return will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- For Shipments within Mexico: All applicable Mexican taxes (e.g., VAT/IVA) are included in the final price at checkout.
- For International Shipments: The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not collected or controlled by Maq‑Inox and are determined by your local customs authority. You may be contacted directly by the shipping carrier or customs to pay these charges before your package can be released for final delivery. We cannot predict these fees, and they are the customer’s sole responsibility. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned, returned, or destroyed by customs, for which we cannot provide a refund.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Upon Delivery: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery if possible, and refuse the shipment. Contact us within 48 hours at cultural@maqinoxshop.com with photos of the damaged package and its contents. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 10‑15 business days beyond the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will, at our discretion, reship your items or provide a full refund.
- Stolen Packages: Maq‑Inox is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package.
9. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
- Changes & Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible at cultural@maqinoxshop.com. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not been processed for shipment. Once an order status is “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled or modified.
